Assassin guy receiving instructions

Wait a minute, assassin guy CAN hold a phone to his ear!

Can you spot all THREE bluetooth headsets in this picture?
[singlepic id=627 w=600 h=600 float=center]
Better make sure your hair doesn’t cover the bluetooth headset

Don’t you love her frustrated face?
[singlepic id=629 w=600 h=600 float=center]
Wait a tic! She’s on the bluetooth headset AND holding her hand up? Doesn’t that defeat the purpose?
[singlepic id=630 w=600 h=600 float=center]
“Don’t you see how important I am? Talkin’ on my bluetooth headset? Look, I’m pointing to it!”
[singlepic id=631 w=600 h=600 float=center]
“Okay, seriously…I’m closing some major deals right now”
[singlepic id=632 w=600 h=600 float=center]
“Uh, let me pull that satellite feed up sir”
[singlepic id=633 w=600 h=600 float=center]
Once again, holding your hand to your ear while on a bluetooth headset negates the functionality of said headset.

I noticed a lot of people tweeting about the ridiculous amount of bluetooth headset usage on Fox’s hit show 24 but didn’t realize how rampant it was until I fired up the ol’ compute pute (that’s what I call my computer, so what) and caught up with the first full episode of the season. I haven’t even checked the second episode yet but I think this show will be a very good source of ammunition for my site. As much as the bluetooth usage annoys me, I still have to watch it so I can recap for all you loyal BTDB fans…ideally they’ll catch wind of how much people dislike the exorbitant amount of douchebaggery taking place on their show and go back to using their standard flip phones…I can dream can’t I?
I think it balances out when you are wearing bluetooth while doing something badass like blasting a rocket launcher at a helecopter.
Alright, I'll give the sniper guy a pass but most everyone else on here is a desk jockey that barely used the headset…and when they did THEY STILL HELD THEIR HANDS UP TO THEIR EARS!
Agreed. Also, people sitting at a desk running data and constantly coordinating communication to field offices make the ear piece necessary, not just for the hands-free aspect, but for the not-craning-your-neck-all-day aspect. Hastings use of the Bluetooth, though, is annoying because he constantly walks and talks in that is-that-guy-crazy-or-on-the-phone way.
How the hell did everyone on 24 get along before bluetooth headsets then? Also, notice the people who are lower down on the totem pole need to use them because they're always answering to someone. The US president & whatever other country's president was in this episode never need to use them because they have people working for them. Wearing a bluetooth headset 24/7 is like wearing a leash, you're always at the mercy of someone who's more important than you.
