Found this image of Marion Barry on The Shaka Shaw Show and have to agree that Mr. Barry is looking a bit crackish…with a side of homeless. Notice the layering of clothes. You know who has to layer clothes? People that spend an exhorbitant amount of time OUTSIDE. Not looking good man, at least you’re rocking the bluetooth though.
